Renew your mind by being open to learning new things and having new experiences. The body must have proper nutrition to thrive. The best nutrition consists of whole live foods. The body also needs movement….a body at rest stays at rest whereas a body in motion stays in motion. We should strive to be in motion. This motion can be in various forms including the simple act of taking a walk. The spirit is the essence of our being and should not be overlooked. We should strive to enhance our lifestyle by incorporating activities into our lives that will support our mind, body and spirit!
